Additional Information:

• To earn points, you must present your RewardzCard each time you make a purchase.
• If you forget your card, save your receipt and present it next time you visit.  Your account will be properly credited at that time.
• Members are responsible for keeping their personal information & preferences up-to-date by logging onto their account at www.myrepeatrewards.com.  LazerZone will not reissue rewards certificates sent to the incorrect address.
• Your RewardzCard is not a charge card and has no cash value.
• There will be no cash refund and no points earned when redeeming award certificates.
• Members earn points when they purchase store gift certificates or LazerBucks.  However, points are not issued when these are redeemed.
• Membership & awards are nontransferable.  Lost/Stolen or additional cards will be issued for $5.00 each.  Lost/Stolen certificates will not be replaced.
• Additional cards are mailed within 4 weeks and are not personalized.
• Points do not expire and will be carried over annually. 
• Store employees, corporations & organizations are not eligible for membership.
• LazerZone will not sell or rent your name, address, or personal information to any other company or organization.
• LazerZone may cancel or change Jonny RewardZone at any time with written notice to members.
• LazerZone, at its sole discretion, can select the services included in this program, without notice to members.
• Visit www.myrepeatrewards.com to view current point balance, recent purchases and certificates issued & redeemed.
• Members must, each and every time they visit, have a smile on their face when they leave.
