2-3 weeks from your enrollment date, you will receive your
Membership Card & FREE Double Mission coupon.

then on, each time you visit us, be sure to bring your card and

Information:

To
earn points, you must present your Rewards card each time you make
a purchase.

If
you forget your card, save your receipt and present it next time
you visit. Your
account will be credited at that time.

Passport
holders must keep their personal information
file up to date by reporting any changes in name, address, etc. to
LazerZone.

Your
Passport is not a charge card and has no cash value.

There
will be no cash refund and no points earned when redeeming award
certificates.

Members
earn points when they purchase store gift certificates or
LazerBucks. However,
points are not issued when these are redeemed.

Passports
& awards are nontransferable.
Lost/Stolen or additional cards will be issued for $5.00
each. Lost/Stolen
certificates will not be replaced.

cards are mailed within 4 weeks and are not personalized.

Earned
LazerPoints will be carried over annually.
